  1. First of all collect all ingredients for dough.
  2. Take a large bowl and add all ingredients and make a very soft dough with the help of Lukewarm water..
  3. Rest the dough for 1 hr to rise.
  4. Know Knead the dough by pulling with finger for 5 minutes to make dough stretchy and slimy.
  5. In the mean while collect ingredients for filling.
  6. Boil noodles and remove extra water and keep a side.
  7. Sautay vegetables in oil.
  8. Add boiled noodles in sautayed vegetables.
  9. Add soya sauce.
  10. Add hot chilli sauce.
  11. Add salt.
  12. Add red chilli flakes.
  13. Add seasoning for instant noodles.
  14. Mix everything very well.
  15. Add cheese squares or any other cheese if you want and mix it. Let that mixture cool down..
  16. Now apply oil over your palms and take a small part of dough. And spread over your palm with the help of oil because dough is very sticky.
  17. Now add 2 tbsp of filling mixture over the dough.
  18. Cover mixture with dough. Make sure to make a very thin layer of dough if you want super crisp coating than add this ball in preheated oil to fry.
  19. When it cooks a little bit from bottom than flip to other side and press with spoon to give flatten shape..
  20. Fry from both sides on medium to low flame till golden brown..
