  9. You need to prepare of Soy sauce.
  10. You need to prepare of Brown sugar.
  11. Prepare of Salt.
  12. Prepare of Shitake mushroom.
  13. Prepare of New York sirloin steak or rib eye steak.
  14. You need to prepare 2 packs of japchae noodles.

Japchae directions

  1. First put pack of dry shitake mushrooms in a bowl of water. Let sit for about 2 hrs. Then wring out water from each mushroom and fan it out. Cut into strips.
