Ingredients of Kimchi Jjigae

  1. You need to prepare 1 pack of kimchi.
  2. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of gojuchang.
  3. You need to prepare 3 of leeks, thinly sliced, separate white and green parts.
  4. You need to prepare 10-20 of fish cake.
  5. Prepare 3 of eggs.
  6. You need to prepare 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of sesame oil.
  8. Prepare to taste of Salt, mushroom powder, sugar, white pepper.
  9. Prepare 800 ml of water.

Kimchi Jjigae instructions

  1. In large bowl, pour kimchi and cut into small pieces with scissor.
  2. Add fishball, gojuchang, white part of leek, garlic, seasonings and water. Bring to boil.
  3. Add 1 egg, stir to combine.
  4. Add sesame oil, taste, add more seasoning if needed. Add 2 eggs, let it set for 2 minutes before stirring.
