1. Prepare 500 gr of pork belly.
2. You need to prepare 1 bottle of spicy korean barbeque sauce.
3. Prepare 4 clove of garlic.
4. You need to prepare 1 of onion.
5. You need to prepare of olive oil.
6. You need to prepare of kimchi.

This pork belly recipe is actually a fusion between Chinese Twice-Cooked Pork and Korean spicy Samgyupsal. It just so happens that spicy samgyupsal is my absolute FAVORITE dish on the rare occasion we go out to eat at our favorite Korean restaurant. This spicy pork dish was the first thing I ever made for the Naumanns, and it became our new go-to dish to cook together. Add the onions and the seasoning paste to the bowl with the pork belly and massage with clean hands until the pork is evenly coated.

1. Marinate the pork belly with garlic,onion and the spicy korean barbeque sauce for at least 1-2 hours, for best flavour you can marinate overnight.
2. Heat the pan in a medium fire and drizzle with olive oil. then add the pork belly untill the sauce thicken.
3. Best serve with hot rice,kimchi and lettuce.
